By accessing and using Pigmento mobile application ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this app.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Pigmento's application for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pigmento and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the App. By submitting content, you grant Pigmento a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and publish such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the App.

Pigmento offers various subscription tiers (Free, Premium, Pro). Subscription fees are billed according to your chosen plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods.

The materials on Pigmento's App are provided on an 'as is' basis. Pigmento makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Pigmento or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Pigmento's App.

10. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Pigmento's App could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Pigmento does not warrant that any of the materials on its App are accurate, complete, or current. Pigmento may make changes to the materials at any time without notice.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

12. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers, and any associated OAuth tokens will be revoked in accordance with platform requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by applicable international laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

14. Changes to Terms

Pigmento reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
